The power of
Yoga Nidrā
Experience deep relaxation and inner peace with Yoga Nidra – a systematic, safe, and powerful practice for inner-transformation and body-mind balance.
The Paradoxical Sleep
It is known as Yogic or Paradoxical Sleep, and in many other ways. It is a powerful practice that dives you deep within your Subconscious, connecting with your Higher Consciousness, helping to release tensions, focusing the Mind and gaining new fresh energy.
It is mainly known as a deep relaxation and guided meditation, but it has many benefits, on a Physical, Emotional, Mental and Subtle level.
It is a state between sleeping and waking, where the body seems to sleep, but the Consciousness is active and deeply receptive.
To have more benefits, a deeper release and get into a more profound state of Relaxation and Meditation, the practice can be preceded (or followed) by Somatic Practices and/or Breathing practices (Pranayama), Yoga Asanas and other specific Energetic Exercices.

Rest is not a Luxury, it's our Birthright
Rest is a natural and essential part of our well-being.
Through Yoga Nidra, we return to a state of deep inner balance, where true healing begins. In a world that constantly urges us to go faster, let’s make a gentle, deep revolution by slowing down.
In a world where burnout and hyperactivation have become the new normal, it’s crucial to reconnect with the restorative power of rest. Constantly being in “go mode” leads to physical and mental exhaustion – and often to chronic illnesses – compromising our overall health.
Yoga Nidra offers a powerful antidote, helping to calm and restore the nervous system, slow down, recharge, and heal from the inside out. In a society that often values productivity over well-being, choosing rest is not just an act of self-care, but a revolutionary step towards true health.

The importance of 1:1 sessions
Practicing Yoga Nidra individually allows for a more tailored experience, addressing specific emotional, mental, or physical needs. 1:1 sessions provide focused guidance, ensuring that the practice aligns with personal goals and challenges.
Yoga Nidra can be used with a therapeutic approach, being adapted to work on specific needs and conditions, like:
Insomnia, Emotional healing, PTSD, Addiction (like Eating Disorders), Depression, Anxiety, Hormonal Imbalance, High Stress, Physical and mental fatigue, Sleep issues, Attention Disorders, ADHD, and more.
Depending on the type and intensity of the issue, illness, or obstacle a person is facing, Yoga Nidra can be used on its own, in combination with medical treatments or therapies, or as additional support.
Accessible for Everyone, but with Awareness
The practice of Yoga Nidra is defined as an effective, non-invasive, and pharmacologically-free therapy or adjuvant for a wide range of health concerns, as mentioned above — especially those related to the mind.
But, there is a BUT.
That means that there are some contraindications that have to be considered before attending any class.
In some cases – like Clinical Depression, Serious Mental Illness (e.g. Schizophrenia), Meditation, Yoga Nidra and all those techniques that bring the person more inwards and in altered states of Consciousness should be avoided, unless are specifically prescribed, supported and monitored by a Specialist.
Always be mindful and honest, especially with yourself, before attending any of these practices.
There is no shortcut for healing: self loving-kindness and self-observation are always the best friends we should have on our side.
Yoga Nidra is Not a Substitute for Medical or Psychological Services
Yoga Nidra, even when used with a therapeutic approach, it is NOT a substitute for medical and psychological services of any kind.
This is why before starting a path, attending group classes and – especially – doing 1:1, there is always a Discovery Call where you will be asked to answer to some questions about your health conditions, intentions and experience with meditation in general.
Yoga Nidra is safe and can be practiced by anyone, but there are some techniques that have to be avoided in specific health condition.
Yoga Nidra as an Integrative Support
Yoga Nidra, if combined with other therapies (like Psychotherapy) and treatments, can provide many benefits.
That’s why I collaborate with mental health professionals, in particular.
