In a world often filled with noise and haste, there exists a profound need for spaces where kindness, creativity, and healing can take root. Seeds of Kindness was born from this need – a project dedicated to nurturing the human spirit through the transformative power of expressive arts, mindfulness practices and random acts of kindness.

The Mission of Seeds of Kindness

Seeds of Kindness is a project that embraces my mission: to spread kindness and love through arts, holistic practices, conscious, impactful projects and random acts of kindness. Like a seed in the earth, it grows and shapes gently and continuously, following the natural flow of time.

Throughout my spiritual journey of self-healing and growth, the main lesson I am learning relates to the incredible inner power we all have as human beings. Whether we realize it or not, we are spiritual beings having human experiences, yet we often underestimate ourselves in countless ways.

My intention is twofold:

  • to help people recognize their inner, radiant power – shifting the awareness from the mind to the heart centre, and ultimately to the soul – while also acknowledging the immense power of kindness.
  • To bring awareness to the concept of co-regulation in group dynamic (a natural process where people sync their emotions and physiological states), emphasizing the role of kindness. This, in turn, highlight the importance of co-creation and shared experiences.

There are many paths to reconnect with our inner selves, and each person will find the one that resonates most with them. However, despite these different paths, one essential element unites them all: the awareness of how we communicate, both with ourselves and with others.

Too often our focus is directed outward rather than inward. Yet, the external world is merely a reflection of our internal state. If we seek change in the world or in our own lives, the first step is to turn inward. From there, we can observe the way we speak to ourselves. Our inner words and thoughts are powerful vibrations that shape our reality in ways we frequently overlook.

How do I speak to my inner self?
Do I use kind, compassionate, and loving words?
Do I feel worthy to receive?

When we begin to communicate with ourselves in a loving and kind way, the world around us responds in kind. Therefore, if each of us embraces this shift, the so-called butterfly effect will naturally take place, fostering a world built on on love and kindness.

Change requires courage and effort, but I believe it is our responsibility – not only for ourselves but for future generations – to embark on this journey.

And once we recognize the beauty within us, it becomes impossible not to see it in others. Are we truly aware of the power we all hold?

How Seeds of Kindness Operates

Mainly because of my nomadic lifestyle, the project follows an itinerant model, bringing workshops and activities to diverse locations and communities worldwide. By collaborating with others, we co-create meaningful experiences that inspire connection and growth.

For example, in 2024, for example, while in India, I had the honor of forming a friendship with a couple of local artists who share a similar vision and mission. Together, we offered a Creative Experience to the kids of the Wonderland Help Center of Tiruvannamalai, in India.

From schools and holistic centers to underserved areas, Seeds of Kindness adapts to the unique needs and cultural contexts of each group it serves.

Workshops often combine:

  • Expressive Arts:
Painting, drawing, storytelling, and movement to help participants channel their emotions into tangible forms of expression.

  • Mindfulness Practices:
Techniques like yoga, breathwork, and meditation to foster a sense of calm and presence, while connecting with their inner voice.

  • Community Engagement:
Collaborative activities that build trust, empathy, and a sense of belonging.

Additionally, the project supports pro-bono initiatives, ensuring that even those with limited resources can access these transformative experiences.

To Give is to Have

Through Seeds of Kindness, I choose to work pro bono (or in exchange for donations and other forms of support) on select projects each year, offering my skills for a good cause.

One such example is the awareness campaign on Eating Disorders launched by the BRF Foundation (Institute for Research in Psychiatry and Neuroscience), which received creative support from the project.

In 2024, I am proud to support the Sakhi Kunj initiative, an alliance of women from the slums of Delhi and its surrounding areas. Their mission is to empower women by providing access to employment, financial aid, healthcare, and education equiping them with skills in handcrafts and arts, enabling them to create eco-friendly products using materials like recycled Indian saris and natural resources (specializing in yoga-related designs, their work embodies sustainability and creativity).

Every collaboration reflects the ethos of Seeds of Kindness: spreading kindness through conscious, impactful actions while supporting communities that align with values of empowerment, creativity and sustainability.

The Broader Vision

Beyond individual workshops, Seeds of Kindness aspires to create a global community of creatives, healers, and changemakers.

By collaborating with local artists, mental health professionals, and cultural organizations, the project aims to amplify its reach and deepen its impact.

The long-term vision includes developing resources, such as guides and online courses, while having a physical location, to empower individuals and communities to continue sowing their own seeds of kindness.

How You Can Join the Movement

The beauty of Seeds of Kindness lies in its simplicity: it starts with small, intentional acts.

You, too, can be part of this movement:

  • Host a Workshop:
Bring Seeds of Kindness to your community by organizing an expressive arts or a meditation session.

  • Collaborate:
Partner with the project to co-create experiences that align with your values and mission.

  • Support:
Spread the word, volunteer, or contribute to the initiative to help reach more communities.

  • Fundraising:
This applies when workshops are offered pro-bono and we want to donate art supplies to the community that, otherwise, could not afford them.

In a world that often feels fragmented, Seeds of Kindness reminds us that creativity and compassion can bridge even the widest gaps. Every canvas painted, every story told, and every moment shared becomes a testament to the resilience of the human spirit.
