Mindfulness Meditation and Arts?
You’ve probably heard about the “flow state”, that happens when you are totally immersed, focused in an activity, loosing the awareness of time, self-consciousness fades, and you feel fully absorbed in the task at hand. That’s a state of pure Mindfulness, where body-mind-soul are perfectly in harmony, and it plays a significant role in maintaining your mental and emotional well-being. Interestingly, this state is especially frequent when engaging in artistic activities. So, in these workshops and classes we use different art techniques blended with mindfulness practices.
