With over a decade of experience as a Communication, Digital Marketing and Fundraising Specialist, I have honed my skills in both profit and non-profit sectors across Italy and internationally. My work is driven by a passion for meaningful storytelling and a commitment to projects that foster social change. Promoting people’s well-being is not just an ethical choice – it’s a pathway to building a more sustainable society, one that values individuality and lays the foundation for a better future. This principle is also at the heart of the United Nations’ Agenda 2030, which envisions sustainable development by fostering inclusive growth and decent work conditions for all.
In my work, I contribute to this goal by offering:
- Communication Training to develop strategic communication skills and content creation, enabling empathetic and effective messaging.
- Well-Being Workshops that integrate expressive arts, yoga, and meditation to foster awareness, connection, and harmony in the workplace.
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Support, helping organizations identify causes aligned with their mission and creating impactful projects that reflect their values.
Social sustainability is also a personal practice I embrace as a professional. I carefully select the organizations I collaborate with based on the impact they generate and apply mindfulness principles to my time and work management. This includes:
- Cultivating mindful presence to make more conscious decisions.
- Balancing rhythms to nurture both my well-being and that of those involved.
- Fostering empathy and active listening to build authentic, constructive relationships.
