Expressive Arts Coaching
Unlock new possibilities and embrace your true self through the transformative power of Expressive Arts Coaching.
Coaching through Art is a systematic as well as intuitive combination of Expressive Art-Therapy-based techniques and Verbal Coaching, rooted in the Flow methodology, that helps to tap into your full potential.
Art-based coaching creates and holds a space that allows you to use your creative expression to give voice to your inner-self through arts, working intuitively without censorship and judgement.
Through this process of creating and then connecting to your creation, supported by the coach inquiries, the art deepens and enriches the coaching conversation, moving you to a much deeper level of awareness and understanding, enabling you to find personal meanings, new perspectives and connections that can, and often do, lead to transformational shifts.
How does it work?
Verbal coaching
Define your goals and set clear intentions for the journey ahead.
Expression
Engage in art-making, bodywork, movement, or music to explore.
Inquiry
Find meaning with specific and guided reflective questions.
Crystallization
Discover insights, takeaways, and actionable next steps to grow.
Each session is divided in these above mentioned 4 main parts and the duration of a 1:1 session can take between 1- 2 hours.

Before we begin our journey together, I offer a free 20-minute discovery call.
This session helps us determine if and how we can work together, while also discussing accessible art materials to ensure that a lack of supplies won’t hinder your participation.
What Arts are involved?
Painting, Doodling, Collage, Writing, Journaling, Mandalas, Movement, Clay Modeling, Body-scan Drawing.
These practices encourage awareness of breath, thoughts, sensations, and emotions while creating art. The focus is on the creative process, not the final product. We embrace non-judgmental self-expression, following intuition and listening to our inner voice, allowing for flow and stillness.
Each session can focus on one technique or combine multiple, depending on the theme and the needs or interests of the individual or group.

As a Meditation Yoga Nidra and Yoga Instructor – with a somatic and trauma-informed approach – I may integrate additional techniques, if I believe they would enhance the experience.

"We do what we can, with what we have."
This is one of my guiding principles: not having the financial means to buy art supplies should never be an obstacle for those who can benefit from expressive arts. That’s why the initial session is so important—to explore together what tools are accessible to you and, most importantly, which ones you feel most comfortable with.
There will always be room to explore more, but we will reach that point gently and at your own pace.
Let's spread seeds of kindness
Sharing is caring. I believe that everyone deserves the tools, support and space for self-love and personal growth. That’s why, if you’re unable to afford a session, please reach out—I’m committed to finding a solution that works for you.
If you’d like to organize an event or project to support a good cause, I’m also happy to contribute my services and expertise.
